This privacy policy applies to all interactions with us whether it be online, over the phone, post or in person.
Yogi Care receives personal information in a different ways. These include:
any face to face interviews
any referral forms
via the phone conversation with you, your family, relative, nominee
via the internet or email
your providers, or other third party’s once you provide authorisation
We collect relevant information about you that is needed to establish and maintain your account and services, as the law allows and requires us to collect. We may collect personal and financial information about you that is “non-public”.
We will be collecting personal information, that is needed to conduct our business as NDIS Plan Management.
We understand the information is sensitive and we have been trained to treat any sensitive information as highly confidential.

Use within our service to ensure you are provided with quality services
Disclosure of information to the NDIA, the NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission, or other government agencies if needed and/or required by law

We currently use third party technology for CRM use as Salesforce, Lumary and Lanternpay. Each have different privacy policies, however we only use companies that can be trusted.
